We don't have a corporate head office or shareholders who dictate the brands we stock for you to try on, or the types of lenses that we can recommend for you. Instead, we have an arrangement with our suppliers where you can try any available frame in Australia at no charge and with no pressure to buy!
If you see an optical frame in our display that you'd like to try in a different colour or size, or if you've seen a frame in a magazine or elsewhere, you simply ask us to order that frame in "on approval" for you. That means you can try your chosen frame on in-store with no obligation to buy. If you decide it's not for you, no problem we just send it back to our supplier and at least you've had a chance to try it on in person.
Of course, if you like what you see then you know that frame is available to you, right here & right now!
We don't mark our frames up so that they can be marked down in sales; and we don't advertise ridiculously cheap glasses then rely on 'upselling' you when you come in to the practice ('bait and switch' advertising). Instead we provide you with a quality product at a fair price at all times, with absolutely no pressure to purchase something you don't want or need.
We provide full after-sale service, cleaning & adjustments for everything we sell. To sell a pair of glasses "on the cheap" and then ask you to go elsewhere for servicing & adjustments (as some others are doing) is, in our view, immoral.
